Food Safety Management System Policy

We, TAT Nişasta San. ve Tic. A.Ş., hereby commit to the following:

  • To comply with all established local and international standards, regulations and other applicable requirements,
  • To meet customer expectations and demands by taking food safety requirements into consideration, and to offer high-quality products,
  • To carry out production in hygienic environments and conditions, within the framework of specific objectives,
  • To hold all employees accountable for the food safety management system, to conduct continuous training activities, to inform employees about plant safety and food defence, and to instil a strong culture of food safety,
  • To produce using the functional and technologically advanced resources at the facility in the most efficient manner,
  • To monitor the food safety management system using effective methods, review it periodically with measurable targets, and ensure its sustainability,
  • To not use counterfeit or adulterated materials as production inputs, and to avoid any adulteration or counterfeiting in our products,
  • To ensure that all declarations made to relevant parties are legal, accurate and trustworthy,
  • To continuously improve the existing food safety management system and enhance food safety and quality culture by providing all necessary resources, including internal and external communication.
